HOW TO USE IT
Bath soaks and bath bombs - It can be used in bath soaks to ease muscle aches and pains on its own or mixed with essential oil of choice. Make your own bath bombs using epsom salt, sodium bicarbonate and citric acid.
To soothe insect bites - make a paste of epsom salt and water to soothe insect bites. The high magnesium content reduces itchiness and swelling. Use on a small area of skin before wider application to test out first.
Cleaning clothes - boost the effectiveness of your laundry detergent with a half a cup of Epsom salt in each load.
Natural Soil fertiliser - Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt directly into soil every few months to increase magnesium content of soil and improve yield. It also repels slugs and snails.
